Client side metrics - virtual users not displaying on azure load test run

I’m running some load tests on azure portal and seeing that virtual users are not being registered and seeing some error percentage of 100% on the statistics dashboard.

I can see from the results log that my requests are being sent and all returns 200 Ok.

Not sure where the error percentage is coming from and why the virtual users are not being displayed.
The issue was first seen on 14/06/2023
