Interesting question @GouthamVijay the guide says "1 point for multiple choice, 3 points for practical application. Partial credit is awarded and
deducted for matching and multiple-response questions (“Select all that apply”). "
I don't know if that means you get minus points for multiple wrong response in multiple-response questions. Could be capped so you only get zero, in which case its worth putting something in if you don't know.
