Is there a negative marking for the wrong answer in the Alteryx Designer Core Certification?
Points can be deducted for ‘select all that apply’ questions (so it’s not worth guessing if you don’t know), but not for standard single selections or practicals I don’t believe. Interesting question @GouthamVijay the guide says "1 point for multiple choice, 3 points for practical application. Partial credit is awarded and
deducted for matching and multiple-response questions (“Select all that apply”). "
I don't know if that means you get minus points for multiple wrong response in multiple-response questions. Could be capped so you only get zero, in which case its worth putting something in if you don't know.
No, not for the single choice answer . For multiple choice answers you may get wrong for the wrong selection but still its not negative marking. You can check this exam prep guide for more information about Guide: https://s3-us-west-1.amazonaws.com/ayx.policies/Core+Certification+Exam+Prep+Guide.pdf
