I need help creating a location optimiser macro.
I want to optimise the number of suburbs an airbase can cover - targeting population that needs mental health services. To add to that, I also want to see how far away that airbase is from the airstrip and potentially optimise that as well
i.e. I want a minimum number of stops to cover a maximum suburbs.
And then the distance between the airstrip and the suburb.
Airbase ---> Airstrip ---> Suburb
