Please help to check if part of the workflow interface/tools can be restricted for specific users(based on groups) in Alteryx Gallery

I don't think it can, the workflow is seen as a single object, when it comes to permissions, you can't segregate and execute only parts of it.

What you may do, is insert logic in the WF to execute depending on a parameter (Can be a user)
