I am trying to input a csv file which sometimes has no records.
In case of the file has records the workflow run in success, but cross tab tool shows error message "A record was created with no fields." while there are no records in the input file.
is there any idea to process the data only if there are records in input file?
Could you provide some screenshots of your workflow so we can see it how it's structured?
The Message Tool prevents records going through the workflow if a certain condition is met, but I'm not so sure if this is the case you're dealing with.
