Replacing null values where I can find a value in another row

Hi, I cannot for the life of me figure this out in alteryx and I know there's a way. Data looks like:

Column 1     Column 2

    ID2                 Null

    ID2                 12345

Columns 1 and 2 are text fields even though they are numbers. This is the same person above, ID2. In column 2, ID2 has a null value in the first row but there's a string value in the second row. I want to get that string value, 12345, to replace the null value in the first row. How do I do this? Is there something I can do in the multi-row formula tool? Thanks
