Render Warning - Horizontal Rules

I have used to Render Tool to generate a report to be saved as an Excel spreadsheet.  My workflow is running and the spreadsheet is populating my data correctly; however, I am getting a Render warning.

Render (13) Horizontal Rules cannot be placed into Excel Headers or Footers. 

How would I go about resolving this warning?  I don't see anywhere in the Configuration for the Render where I am specifying "Horizontal Rules".

I think we need to see the configuration pane for your reporting tool to truly understand the issue here!

Why do you have the header ticket on your Render config screen?

This is the thing that is causing the error
