How to compare sum of one column in one tab to the single cell total of the other tab

hi have one excel file in that have multiple tabs in it so my requirement is to get the sum of the particular column from first tab and compare it with the cell of the second tab, so below is the requirement

TAB 1

Column A | Column B | Column C

  ABC              10            XYZ 

 LMN               20           XYZ

 PQR               10           XYZ

TAB 2

                      Records |  All Data

ABC                  10            10

XYZ                   20            20

LMN                   10            10

TOTAL               40             40

i want to compare the sum of Column B of tab1 with the Total of Column Records of Tab 2. if they matches the Copy the Tab1 all Records to new Sheet
