Generate Weibull Distribution

Are there any examples, macros or set of tools that generate a set of Weibull distribution values based on input values, scale and shape? Excel has Weibull.Dist formula that does just that.

You can use a formula tool for them.

Distribution:

[Alpha]/Pow([Beta],[Alpha])*Pow([V],[Alpha]-1)*Exp(-Pow([V]/[Beta],[Alpha]))

Cumulative:

1 - Exp(-Pow([V]/[Beta],[Alpha]))
