tableau output tool error

When I enable the AMP Engine, I receive a prompt in  Designer stating that the SQL Server connection has failed. I am using the ODBC method, but when I do not enable the AMP Engine, this error will not be reported. However, the Tableau Output tool must enable AMP. How can I solve this SQL Server connection error problem?
