I am using union tool to add a header into my merged data. Please see below.
How do I:
1. make the header in the output excel sheet bold and underlined?
2. make each output and its header to be placed on a seperate sheet on the output file?

You can use the Table tool (in reporting) to add the formatting to your table, and the Render tool to help you output the data.

I have used the table and Render tool to solve the problem. With these tools you will get headers bold and also you can get the output in separate excel files. I have attached the two outputs and the workflow.
