XML Parsing - Data Usage issue

Hello,

 

I have been trying to parse the XML file which is about 325MB. I am using a pretty standard xml parsing process but the process is using about 310TB of the data which is huge. I cannot complete the parsing as the disk space usually runs out. Do anyone think of any other way/solution to parse them?
