Workflow not reading in Excel File: Previously worked

I have a workflow that reads in an excel file.  The same workflow worked two weeks ago, but now reads in every other supporting data file but the one it begins with.

Any idea why?  The original data file has not changed.  The workflow has not changed. It worked beautifully before.

And of course I'm in a time crunch.

Any help would be appreciated.

UPDATE:  Right after I posted.....it ran.  It took about 2-3 minutes to start reading in the file though.  Very strange.  There be gremlins.
