in my workflow i have a vertical layout that is grouped by tab names ( there are 4 tabs)
how ever the output in excel through render tool is adding 3 sheet tabs (not from union) which are blank except a line in them.

not sure why these empty tabs are being introduced in excel. One of the tabs has hyperlinks in an column and this issue started after adding the hyperlink through report text before the union to vertical layout.
any help to solve this will be helpful as this is a corrupting the final output that is required.
@SR what is the configuration of your Render tool?
Sorry for the delayed response - my guess is that the "Section Breaks" is causing the issue so I would turn that off!
