As per the title. A bit more context....
The SharePoint tool I'm using is clunky and quite troublesome to re-key in details from App sign-in. DCM solves that, but still the limitations of calling one file at a time severely limits my number of use cases for the Server side.
The whole idea behind using SharePoint is so that data does not persist on the MongoDB. The Python tool has been identified as a solution that also fits that bill.
Now, I'm trying to connect Python with SharePoint and make my own SharePoint tool basically.
Alteryx did give me some pointers here:
- https://medium.com/@jorgerocha_85306/automating-sharepoint-management-with-python-creating-folders-m...
But I'm interested to know if anyone has done something like this before. I'm facing some issues and some roadblocks, particularly on how to even begin properly. Would appreciate some ideas / advice!
