Using Alteryx to run data against an excel calculation

I am building a workflow for a golf tour. I need to run player gross scores by hole against an excel spreadsheet to calculate net points per hole. Golfers will understand. But the main point is: how do I run the score data by row and column against the calculation I have set up in excel?
