I put together a YouTube video that covers 5 different Design Patterns in Alteryx: https://youtu.be/3L7q5n6H19Y. These structures (beyond just the ones covered in my video) are very useful tool in the hands of any user, because they streamline the creation workflows to solve common problems, but also demonstrate a deep understanding of how to work efficiently within Alteryx. I am attaching the exported workflow that contains the design patterns covered above and would love to see what others think about what I've shared, but more importantly, I would love to hear about new design patterns that you have used and implemented to solve the common problems you have faced. I'm looking forward to refreshing my knowledge and maybe learning something new that I can share in future videos!
I thoroughly enjoyed @clmc9601 's recent article on Debugging Iterative Macros: Iterative Macro Debugging Made Easy - Alteryx Community, which made use of a useful Design pattern between the Macro Input Tool and standard Output Tool (via .yxdb's)!
High quality video @CoG !
