Unable to input columns from all the files in Sharepoint location

I have a share point folder from which i need to import all the files.

I have an issue here where there are additional columns in a few files which should also be used in analysis.

If i use a directory input Alteryx is smart to pick the additional columns in other files and assigns null where it is not available. 

The same when done using a share point input brings data from files that only has the common columns and ignores the data in other files completely.

Is there a way i can bring in data from all the columns
