Strange Excel file message after running Reporting Render tool

After running the Reporting render tool, I am getting this message :

And then I get this message if I click "yes"

Based on what they said they increased the column width. There's probably a number of things that could cause an error like this.. without seeing some example data from your workflow it may be tough to troubleshoot further.

Here below is the parameters that I have chosen for the table and columns. As you can see I have flagged on automatic.

I would have thought that this choice would set the width of the columns automatically. no ?

I am attaching also the excel output if this can be any help.
