Splitting in Group

How we split the values into different Group. For Eg A set of 20 of Different Group.

Group 1 : 1-20

Group 2 : 21-40

Group 3 : 41-60

and so on.

Yes it work,

But what is my column is Null How will i assign the TIle Sequence Value.

Can you please share an example considering null values you talked about and desired output ?
