Hi @JDong ,
What you can do is use a formula tool to create a new field which contains the lowercase version of that initial column.
Then you can use a sort tool to to sort based on that new field in an ascending order, and then drop it with a select tool
Hope that helps,
Angelos
Thanks @AngelosPachis this is great...is there a way to make only first letter in capitals and rest in small ?
Hi @JDong
Check the "Use Dictionary Order" option in the sort Tool
Results are sorted irrespective of letter case

Thanks to all of you !
The solution accepted works for the use case. The dictionary order did not work on my dataset.
Hi @danilang
Thanks for the kind help !
The data is kind of sensitive so need time to extract and format the same. For some reason the lower case word is always shown at the bottom of the result even when we set the dictionary order to be active.
