Render Tool Omitting Records

Has anyone experiencing issue with the render tool omitting records? Two rows of data on the text tool got output as blank rows on the excel report. My colleagues have no issue running the same workflow. I have submitted a case but checking to see if anyone can help me resolve it quicker.  I'm using the Alteryx Designer version 2021.3.1.

According to the Alteryx support team, this is an issue that effecting version 2021.2 and 2021.3, the Excel outputs of contents, via the Report Text Tool, are omitting data when referencing a numeric field that has additional characters on the same line.  The workaround is to convert the field to a string data type.
