Not Earn Certification Data Transformation After 2 Weeks

Hello team,

I have completed 4 certificates which are: Alteryx Foundation Micro-Credential, Alteryx Designer Core Micro-Credential: Data Preparation, Alteryx Designer Core Micro-Credential: Data Manipulation, and Alteryx Designer Core Micro-Credential: Data Transformation. 

I already linked my account with Credly and earned 3 certificates. But the last is Alteryx Designer Core Micro-Credential: Data Transformation, I haven;t not earned it yet.

Please help me to check why I have not earned it yet.

Did you pass the last one? Or did you not? If you did, then you can email certification@alteryx.com about your issue. Provide as much context and also timelines if you can.

BADGE AND CERTIFICATION: Within 48 hours of passing the exam, every user will receive an email from our virtual badge partner Credly. A Credly profile is required to access the Alteryx Designer Core Micro-Credential: General Knowledge Certificate and virtual badge that can be shared online.
