Multi user workflow and running with files open

Is it possible to run an alteryx workflow while

1. some of the input files are open as users would be putting details into them

2. multiple users run the workflow at the same time

Example - some people work on A set of files while others work on B,C,D files

If you will try to run and automation while the input files are open it will give you an error.

Yes, multiple users can use it on the same time, therefore you will need to ensure that each output will have it own unique name otherwise the guys will keep overwriting each other work.
