Moving licenses to a new machine

Hi -

Small company and we don't have our own Alteryx admin in the house (license is through 3rd party vendor). I was having technical issues with my laptop and the IT team wiped out everything in it and still wasn't able to solve the issue. I got a loaner but they sent the laptop to the manufacturer before i could deactivate the license key. I can't use the license key in the loaner laptop since it is still active in the previous laptop. How'd i go about revoking or deactivating the key if i don't physically have the laptop?

Hello @Cherkos12,

I would reach out to fulfillment@alteryx.com with the name of your Org and the Key. It will be also good if you can agree on a name, internally, that could become a license admin. This person will be able to handle this type of issues by simply going to the Alteryx Downloads and Licenses portal. Fulfillment can help with this role assignment.
