Missing Data from reading input as an XML or using XML Parse

I am having an issue of when I use the input tool to read to bring in XML some of the data that im looking for in the XML is not showing up when it clearly is in the XML. Ive tried using the XML parse tool and parsing the outer XML when it is all in one column and it ends up just turning out exactly like when i just bring it in as an XML. Is anyone else experience similar issues. What would be workarounds trying to bring it in as a csv and parse from there. Any help would be much appreciated

hi @carl-meyer  Can you show me some screen shot to know how input data looks like, and what errors appear for example?
