Merging rows

I have joined two data sets, both with similar data. On those that I have matched, I need to update the missing cells in input 1 with the data in the input 2 input, without overriding the data already n the input 1 if it isn't empty.

 

I know I can merge the cells using an IF IsEmpty formula but I am looking at having to duplicate the formula about 50 times to merge all the data.

 

Is there an easier way to do this?
