Loop on column

Hi, I am working on a WF where I have data as 

Acc Number | Rule name  |   Unique

Now I want the First 5 records of Unique column (from 1234 to 7890  to loop again and again and remove rest of the records)

Any help on how can i do that?

Is this what you mean, replacing the values in the Unique column with the first 5 values on a loop?
