Is there a way to edit the X axis? Null keeps showing up and I do not want to display that information. I tried editing my data and I can't figure out a way to remove it.

Did you try to filter the Null values before using the Interactive Chart Tool?
Maybe that'd be the easiest way to go.

As far as I see in your WF design, there's no NULL filter for the field "Denial Outcome", which seems to be your X axis.
Isn't that the issue? Cause I see a lot of null values for this field.
Sorry I uploaded the wrong workflow. I have several containers for this data and they are all showing "null" on the chart. Below is the workflow for this particular data and I do have filters and it is still showing null.
@lynnaberry can you please post your complete WF? it doesn't have to include the full data.
Some Nulls might have shown up after you unioned your data.
That is the complete workflow for that chart.
I mean the attached Workflow, not a picture of it.
If it's not possible, I'd definitely investigate the outputs of the Union Tools.
Depending on the configuration, it might cause to bring some Null values on your data.
I don't think this is a problem with the Interactive Chart Tool.
