Input Excel File Inconsistencies - Column Names

I have a workflow created which allows for a dynamic reading of excel sheets within a single file.

Why is Alteryx adding F to some columns but not others. I am starting my import on line 1 and I have "First Row Contains Data" unchecked. Both input configurations are exactly the same and there is no processing being done to the data before appearing.

Is it possible that Alteryx is adding F to the hidden or grouped rows only?

Do your some of your input files not have the same number of columns and/or not 100% uniform naming schema on the columns?

Column count and schema shouldn't matter in this case as it is not a batch macro.
