How to store the values chosen by the user into a table?

Question

I have used an input data tool, and it has all the countries listed in it and followed by the country field, there is a currency exchange rate. and I used 2 dropdowns one for source country and the other for destination country to which I want the currency to be converted.

The challenge I am facing with is

1. Unable to convert them

2. Unable to store the information selected by the user into a table like multiple rows in a single table

I got a breakthrough for converting the currency at the least. But in app window of the analytic app, I need to hide a column and in 2 columns for source and destination, In the output window, I am not able to get the selected countries from the dropdown displayed.

It is very hard to say what's going wrong based on what you wrong, can you share screen shoots of the tools that you are using and how they are configured?
