How to create report based on the output

Hi Team,

I have a input with columns named A,A1, Validation  - A & A1, B,B1,Validation - B & B1.

In the column, Validation - A & A1, Validation - B & B1, I have a output as True or False.

Now my desired output is I want a report which says in this sheet, how many true and false are there.
