How to combine 211 excel files with different formats into Alteryx

Hi,

I have 211 excel files in a folder where the information in each are similar but with various formatting differences. 
The end goal I'm looking for would be to extract 6 specific fields from each sheet once combined in Alteryx. Due to formatting differences in each sheet would that be possible?

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
