I am looking for a way to create a copy of my sheet everytime we run that workflow.
Below i have attached a workflow where I need to create a duplicate of recruiter sheet and further use that duplicate sheet to join with another file.

to create a copy, you can simply create an output of the file in your workflow.
To use this copy in your workflow again, I recommend using the original instead and connect it to the join. They should be identical anyway if I understand you correctly.
