Google Geocoding API Address Cleanse

Hi 
I am trying to build a workflow to clean and split addresses in Canada based on Number, Street name, City, Post code etc using Google Geocoding API
I am able to extract the information as needed, but the problem is based on the Input addresses the JSON string changes.

Does anyone know of a way to split the addresses from the below output in a unified way to avoid dynamic changes?
