Flatten ranges

Dear Expert,

I need help in flatten some ranges that i am working on. 

I attached a spreadsheet showing the AS-IS and the TO-BE process.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Hey @kayogunbo, like this? I've just transposed the data, maintaining Map/CC as key columns so they don't also get brought into a single column, whereas TO/FROM do. The select then just changes the order of fields and renames the column to match your TO-BE, which I assume is the desired output?
