File Output format - .CSV(MS-DOS) & Input tool can't read sheet name.

Hi all, 

I have two questions: 

- First, I wanted to ask if Alteryx can out put a .csv(MS-DOS) file, other than just .csv. ?

- Second,  it seems like Alteryx can't read/find the sheets name within my input excel file if I download file directly from one of our system portal. I would have to opened the file first, change the sheet name to the exact same name, then it would be able to find that sheet. Not quite sure what is causing this issue.
