'Field <fieldname> not contained in output record' after Formula tool is applied (Hive)

All--

  I am trying to write the contents of a fairly simple database table into Hive using Alteryx and the Cloudera ODBC driver.  I have seen other posts from folks who are trying to do the same thing (the Cloudera ODBC driver is mentioned in all these posts, BTW).  A Browser tool reveals that all three fields are getting passed from the Formula tool to Hive, but the 'Field <fieldname> not contained in output record' error keeps appearing and no data makes it to Hive.  As far as I can tell, there are no leading or trailing spaces in the field names.  These are our software versions:

 

Alteryx Designer: 2021.3.2.54175 (64-bit)

64-bit Cloudera ODBC driver: 2.06.04.1004.
