Export selected table from Azure SQL

Hi everyone,

 

May in know can i export selected table only from the azure SQL database. For example i have one database name WORKDB, inside this database i only need to export data and schema from table CustomerMaster table. Inside customerMaster table have around 1Million number of record.

Please take a look at this StakOverflow thread azure table storage Export Data to Flat or XML File for SQL it seems there are options, more than 1.

must have azure blob storage in order to do so? I don't have any access to the azure portal or create anything in azure portal because that's not access right for me.
