Error when trying to connect a db

Hi,
I'm facing this issue when trying to connect with a db. tried to manually extend the connection timeout = 500. But still couldn't able to fix it. Someone have any idea?

Not sure how to extend the timeout but are you sure its a internet speed issue? There are quite a few other things that could be causing that issue A network-related or instance-specific error occurred - SQL Server | Microsoft Docs

It got resolved, Some old db. issue.
