Error: FileUnbuffered: Error in GetOverlappedResult: An unexpected network error occurred.

Hi all,

when running modules using the CReW macro runner, I receive the following error:

FileUnbuffered: Error in GetOverlappedResult: An unexpected network error occurred. (59)

However, I dont get this error when I run the same modules individually. Could someone please help me understand why this is happening, why its only happening when using the runner tools and how I can troubleshoot?
