I am looking to create a service tool by linking a workflow to multiple pre-made emails and updating the body of the email.
For background, my team sends out multiple reports a day and sometimes due to upstream issues it may be delayed.
I want to create something that can be made easier and uploaded to the gallery where my team can click on a button to link to a premade unsent outlook draft that has specific email addresses for the specific reports and have the option to update the body to "The report is delayed and will be sent out by ___" with the output being adjustable (i.e "1pm, 2pm", etc).
