Is it possible to develope custom analytics app interfaces using HTML SDK or any other SDK ?

It is possible to use the Alteryx API to host analytic apps in C# allowing you to make custom UI for the apps.

You need a server license though for this. If you wanted to host a custom HTML UI this would be possible with this.
