Change the the Q1 Q2 Q3 Q4 to the first month of the Quarter

Hi everyone, 

Just a quick question. 

I have a Date Column that has the format

2019Q1

2019Q2

2019Q3

2019Q4

2020Q1

2020Q2

I want to change the Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 to the first month of that quarter. 

like the format below:

2019Q1 => 2019 Jan 1

2019Q2 => 2019 April 1

2019Q3 => 2019 Aug 1

May I know how to do that?

I have the year from 1986 to 2021. 

Thinking to use the format tool but can't find the formular.
