Change a file name from an Excel List

Hello Community 

I don't know if this is possible in Alteryx but is a powerful tool so I don't think it will be not possible with Alteryx lol 

I have a document that has file names that need to be renamed and added a Country Suffix from a directory let me put you an example 

Excel File Data                                            Original File Name                                 New File Name

Invoice Number   Country                        Original File Name                                New File Name

123456                   USA                                       123456                                                   Stays the same

645654                   CAD                                       645654                                                   CAD_645654

987865                    UK                                         987865                                                     UK_987865
