Calculating a percent across multiple fields in a crosstab

Hello All,

I am looking for help with a solution to calculate a percent and use it to categorize my data into three categories. I am struggling with it because the data is coming in as a crosstab (see attached sample). I need to take the product list and add a field indicating whether the product is out of stock, limited stock or in stock based on availability by plant.

What I need to do is calculate (count of stock = "Y") / (count of stock = "Y" + count of stock = "N") in order to assign the item a "stock  status". How can this best be accomplished? The data set I am actually working with is quite a bit larger than what's attached here.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
