I mean functionally or technically? technically I imagine after a finite number Alteryx will start crashing on load. The specifics of that number are probably system and version specific. Let's say 18. Functionally - after a certain number (say 3/4) this looks bad and you should use a different design or a tree tool.
You cannot use a dropdown labeled yes/no to spawn interface tools -> but you can use two radio buttons labeled yes/no.
