Analytic App Error

The user is receiving this error when attempting to upload files via the user interface. Anyone seen this before?

How's the action of the File Browse tool set up?

What kind of extension is he trying to upload?

We need more info but it seems that the Input Data tool is not recognizing what your user is passing as a valid file to be consumed in Alteryx.

Ideally your action tool connected to input tool should be configured like below.
