Hello ! 

I am using the Table to represent some data which I email. I need the data to be grouped by the field "Duplicate Group" only. 

I also pass the fields "Email Id and "Subject" to the email tool. If I select "Duplicate Group" in the group by section I do not get the email and subject fields in the email tool. If I select all three of them Duplicate group, Subject and email, i get the values in the email tool but the grouping happens incorrectly. 

Any ideas how I pass the Subject and Email field without adding them to group by.

Though I'm not sure the context of your dataset, the work around can be like this? Just simply add 'Subject' and 'Email' field after Table tool by Join tool.

*first Sort tool has no meaning

Its messing up the counts. Since I am only grouping the table with one field that is "Duplicate group" I have 125 records 

In the summarize tool I am grouping using 3 fields Duplicate group, Email and Subject, I am getting 158 records. 

When i join them I am getting 158 records. Some records are repeated.

You have 125 Table data, and total 158 email receivers, correct? If so, a particular Table data may be sent to multiple receivers.(I mean Table data is not unique for each receiver) Was it weird?
