Add the count of rows of each table in the body of email

I want to count the number of rows in each table and insert in the body of the email.

The expected body of the email is as below. Please suggest any ideas.

Here are the POs in each files:

SharePoint 1 - 100

SharePoint 2 - 75

SharePoint 3 - 125

SharePoint 4 - 200
